A Teams Phone Enablement engagement will provide exploration of Teams Phone features and the development and implementation of a scalable plan to activate Teams Phone for a targeted group of users.

A Cyclotron Teams Phone Enablement engagement will provide a comprehensive exploration of Teams Phone features and the development of a plan to activate Teams Phone for a group of users. As a key component of hybrid communications within Microsoft 365, developing a Teams Phone Enablement plan is critical to supporting an ongoing Hybrid Workplace

This engagement is structured in 3 Phases.

Phase 1: Begins with structured workshops to review and discuss Modern Communications leveraging Microsoft 365 and Teams Phone:

  1. Teams Phone capabilities and features

  2. Governance of Teams

  3. PSTN connectivity - Direct Routing/Operator Connect/Calling Plans

  4. Telephony system integration

  5. Teams network assessment

  6. Phone number porting

  7. Service provisioning and management

  8. Adoption tools and approach

Phase 2: Upon completion of the workshops Cyclotron will collaboratively developed plan to activate Teams Phone for a targeted cohort of users. The plan will include details such as:

  1. Migration approach

  2. Steps to enable users for Teams Phone

  3. Common Area Phone configurations

  4. Auto attendants & Call Queues requirements

  5. Adoption and training activities

Phase 3: The collaboratively developed plan will be implemented, activating Teams Phone services in your environment for the targeted End Users and providing Adoption and Change Management support.
