THE PROBLEM
A customer approached us with a unique problem: Azure AD Multifactor authentication (MFA) wasn't working for their end-users. The end-user experience for MFA was so poor that users often approved MFA prompts without a second thought. Account compromise was increasing, and end-user satisfaction was dropping.
OUR SOLUTION
Cyclotron dramatically improved the existing Azure AD MFA deployment by integrating device security & compliance as a factor of authentication. We improved the end-user experience by introducing password-less authentication for cloud and on-premises resources natively through Azure AD Password-less options and Windows Hello for Business.
Users reported a far better, less intrusive experience, and administrators reported much higher confidence in their security deployment.
