When we process personal information provided by customers using our Services (“Clients”), we are a data processor or service provider, and we only process personal information on behalf and on the instruction of our Clients, who are data controllers or the business collecting that information. Our Clients are responsible for providing the relevant individuals with the necessary information with respect to the use of the individuals’ personal information and gaining all necessary permissions. Cyclotron is not responsible for our Clients’ processing and use of your information in our Services.
